We sincerely appreciate your willingness to serve as the Team Reporter for your team.  It is appropriate at the outset of our relationship to clarify what the nature of that relationship is.  You are acting in a volunteer capacity on behalf of your team to provide certain information to BaseballNebraska, Inc. ("BaseballNebraska") so that BaseballNebraska may disseminate said information via the Internet to persons who are interested in learning more about your team and Nebraska high school baseball in general.  BaseballNebraska is acting as a facilitator to collect and disseminate this information. 

By providing information about your team to BaseballNebraska in the manner contemplated by the training materials included herein, you are not deemed to be an employee or agent of BaseballNebraska nor are you a partner, shareholder, equity holder or owner of BaseballNebraska or any of its assets.  You agree that you are providing information to BaseballNebraska on behalf of your team without the expectation of being compensated in any manner by BaseballNebraska, and you hereby waive any and all claims to any such compensation.

BaseballNebraska reserves the right to sell advertising to support the continued operation of this website without compensation to Team Reporters. 

You agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify BaseballNebraska, Inc. and Jack Mayfield from any liabilities, losses or claims resulting from any information that you post on the BaseballNebraska.com website, including, without limitation, any claims asserting defamation of character or emotional injury.
